Polish accents at Trick or Beat!
This year's most exciting Halloween party is getting closer and closer. Artists and artists from the top end of the electronic scene will play for you in a unique modernist space. Introducing another announcement from the Trick or Beat festival.
The festival is only a month and a half away. And it's not the last news yet at the very end we are preparing a big announcement for you. In addition to the great and diverse line-up of artists announced so far, some great national acts will be playing for you in the austere spaces of the Centennial Hall.
Among them Charlie, a native of Krakow currently residing in Berlin, is a DJ, electronic music producer and live act performer. In addition to music, Charlie is also active in the development of visual arts and organises events under the banner of 'Noise'. Live, she plays analogue synthesisers, constantly expanding her original material. In turn, her sets thrill with a mix of cold wave, acid, electro and italo disco.
The strong representation of locals at the festival will be strengthened by Seb and Rodrigezz. Friends who, behind the decks, understand each other without words. Seb has been a resident of many clubs in Wrocław. Rodrigezz, on the other hand, is a well-known cultural animator and promoter. Their sets played from vinyl are a thrilling and eclectic mix of house/tech house and techno sounds.
Another performer in the line-up of Trick or Beat is the well-known to all regulars of the Sphinx700 club Cranz. Originally from Gdansk, the artist and promoter currently resides in the Crackhouse club in the Gdansk shipyard. He used to base his sets on genres such as electro and house, which he later set aside in favour of techno. Although, as he says himself, he likes to add anything that catches his fancy.
The group of artists who will play at the Centennial Hall this year also includes Stef Mendesidis, Greek musician and producer. He has released on labels such as Klockworks and Clergy. His sound is often described as dynamic minimalism. Stef's sets are known not only for their high quality, but also for their length. Hardly anyone can perform for more than four hours.
So far we have learned the names of such artists as An On Bast, AGIM & Jurek Przeździecki, Chlär, Franca, KOROLOVA, Lady Shaka, Stefanie Raschke or Yanamaste. More names to come soon!
